Online Examination Form Submission for Private Candidates under Semester System(ODD)-2014

Step-by-Step Procedure for Filling the Form
 
  1. Personal Details : The candidate must enter the Personal Details in this pannel.
  2. Educational Details : The candidate must enter the Educational Details in this pannel.
  3. Centre Preference : The candidate must select the preference of the center in this pannel.
  4. Upload Photo : The candidate must upload the recent photograph in (jpeg or jpg ) format up to 50 KB at the most.
  5. Subject Selection : The candidate is required to select the correct subjects in this pannel.
  6. Preview : A preview of all the details entered/selected by the candidate will be displayed on the screen. Th candidate can edit these details by clicking on any of the pannel before the final submission. There will be no editing allowd after submission of the form.
  7. Submit : After verifying all the details entered/selected , the candidate can submit the form by clicking the 'Submit' button.
  8. View/Download : After successful submission of the examination form , the candidate can View/Download the Form & Challan..
Tips for Filling Form
 

  • Please keep a scan copy of Recent Photograph up to size of 30 kb. In .JPEG/.JPG format.
  • Keep details of previous examinations qualified.
  • After preview the Student can update the details in the concerned panel. After changing the detail the user should submit all the details again.
  • After submission of the form student should Download the Challan and Form.
  • After downloading the challan student should submit the fees in the bank according to the instructions mentioned on challan.
Important Instructions for Candidate
 
  • Candidate can generate the Duplicate copy of Challan and Examinationm Form from “Duplicate Form and Challan” Link. using Deposit Id and Date of Birth.
  • Candidate can download the form after fee is submitted and check the status from “Admission Private Fee Verification” using Deposit id, Journal No. ,Date of payment and Amount.
  • Only candidates of B.A-Ist and M.A-Ist Semester must submit the complete examination form (Printout taken in Step-III) either by post in the name of Registrar, Guru Nanak Dev University,   Amritsar or may deposit the same with in 3 days from the daste of verification at the following locations:
    • Enquiry Office, GNDU Campus, Amritsar
    • GNDU Regional Campus, Ladhewali, Jalandhar
    • GNDU College, Ladowali Road, Near Railway station, Jalandhar
    • GNDU Regional Campus, Gurdaspur
Note : In order to avoid last minute rush, the candidiates are advised to apply early enough. The university will not be responsible for any network related problem.

Kindly DO NOT send more than one e-mail and wait for at least 3 working days for response.
