ADMISSION PROCESS |

STEP - I |

The candidate will visit the website www.gnduadmissions.org where he/she will initially fill the Bank Form. The candidate shall select the Department followed by the course in which admission is sought. After entering the Name, Date of Birth, Password and Security Key, the candidate shall click the Submit Button to generate Bank Deposit Slip bearing a unique Deposit ID. The candidate is advised to take the print-out of this Bank Deposit Slip in Landscape Orientation. |

STEP - II |
| |
The printed copy of Bank Deposit Slip is to be taken by the candidate to any branch of State Bank of Patiala and deposit the required fee (Rs. 500/- for SC/ST & Rs. 1000/- for others). The bank will issue a Journal ID for the candidate corresponding to his/her Deposit ID and shall return student copy and university copy of Bank Deposit Slip to the candidate. |

STEP - III |

The candidate shall go back to the website ( www.gnduadmissions.org) after three working days for verification of fee deposited in the bank. He/She will enter the Journal ID issued by bank and the record will be validated with the data submitted by the bank. Once fee deposited is validated , the candidate will proceed for submission of admission form. |

STEP - IV |

Once the fee deposited is validated , the candidate shall click on the link Admission Form, fill in bank Deposit ID and Password. The Candidate Name, Department & Course alongwith particulars of fee deposited by candidate in the bankshall shall appear on the form. The candidate shall fill in remaining particulars in the admission form. Click on the Submit Button to preview the particulars submitted. In case any correction is required, click on the Edit Button otherwise click on Lock Button. On Clicking the Lock Button, the unique Application ID along with the details of application form shall appear on the screen. The candidate shall take its print-out.
The candidate shall paste one attested photograph on the specified space & bring the same at the time of counselling. |

The candidate is strictly advised to check the scheduled application dates for the desired course specified in the Admission Schedule (mentioned in the Prospectus) before filling the Bank Form. |

The bank slip will be generated at the most three days before the the last date of apply for admission to any course. |
 |
The candidate is strictly advised to check the Eligibility criteria mentioned in the
Prospectus for the course in which he/she is seeking admission. |

The candidate seeking admission in any of B.Pharma/BPT/B.Sc.(HS)Chem./Phy/Human Genetics should select the department B.Sc.(Sciences) followed by the course B.Pharma/BPT/B.Sc.(HS)Chem./Phy/Human Genetics

The candidate seeking admission in any of BA(HS) Punjabi / B.Sc. (HS) Economics/ Bachelor of Social Sciences (H.S) should select the department B.Sc.(Humanities) followed by the course BA(HS) Punjabi / B.Sc. (HS) Economics/ Bachelor of Social Sciences(H.S). |

The candidates seeking admission to B.Tech(Computer Engineering) or B.Tech(Electronics Communication Systems Engineering) (Under Self Financing Scheme) in the GNDU campus should select B.Tech(Computer Engineering) / B.Tech(Electronic Communication Systems Engineering) as the Deparment followed by the courseB.Tech(Computer Engineering)/B.Tech(Electronic Communication Systems Engineering). |

The candidates seeking admission to MCA(FYIC)/ MBA(FYIC) in the GNDU campus or any of its regional campuses/ college should select MCA(FYIC)/ MBA(FYIC) as the deparment followed by the course MCA(FYIC)/ MBA(FYIC) . The admission to MBA(FYIC)/MCA(FYIC) shall be based upon the merit of Entrance Test. |

: Any Branch of State Bank of Patiala. Payment can be made through RTGS if there is no branch of State Bank of Patiala nearby. Foreign candidates should submit a draft of $25 payable to Registrar, GNDU, Amritsar.

The candidates seeking admission to courses through entrance test must download the roll number online. |
